I was thinking about life and how you cross paths with different Stars each day. Today, I met up with a Capricorn Sun at a coffee shop deep in the heart of Southwest Houston. You know how they say traveling lights up different parts of your brain, well, in my opinion, so do people and local places.

We drank coffee (Iced Vietnamese Coffee to be exact and second round, Green Tea Matcha Latte’s, both with Almond Milk) discussed business, life and goals. The most important takeaway from this meeting of the Mind was the reflection that is shown to you of yourself in everyone you meet. In his dreams, fears, aspirations, doubts and plans, I was able to see my own. How I may look at life or how I may be perceived in the eyes of others.. I could see this as clear as ever.

Human contact is vital to one’s existence. Meaningful conversation, listening, gathering and exchanging thoughts with others is the lesson life shares. From this noon spent in a small coffee shop I’ve realized and see that this life is only linear after it is done. I think that’s pretty self explanatory.

The stars and how they light up in the night sky at, what appears to be, random.. all perfectly orchestrated indeed.

On Road: 1st Pop-Up Shop

On May 31st, I took my online shop on the road and it was a good time. A whole lot of work, but an absolute blast in the end. It was magical and I don’t think I could ever explain this feeling, but we have a joke about how the large amounts of crystals exposed the ‘true heart’ and indeed.. that was just it. You couldn’t hide from the “crystal energy” that night! The good ‘juju’ was at a high and the vibes were amazing.

For one night, I was able to display all of my crystals, herbs & jewelry to people beyond the screen and that was the coolest part for me. I haven’t uploaded everything to the shop that I have available for sale, so being outside of the online bubble was a great way to share everything that I have not been able to, up to this point. Sometimes, I also feel that it’s sort of difficult to fully appreciate these type of products online (i.e. the aromas, the various textures, sizes and quantities, etc.) but I digress.. This pop up shop provided the opportunity to display everything the way I’ve envisioned, in my mind, for some time. It was perfect.

In 2010, I met a young man while shopping at French Connection who has resurfaced as a blessing. David Rochez (@_davidrochez) allowed me to pack up all of my things and pop up at his event (sponsored by Patron & Grand Esprit), helped where he could and was so very accommodating. Not to get too, too sentimental, but I feel this was a full circle moment in my life. In this situation, he was an angel and I appreciate him. Although my studio is Still a mess and I haven’t hardly gotten anything back in order, the overall experience was nothing short of amazing.

I wasn’t able to get many pictures, and the pictures I did get, don’t do this event any justice.

Anyway, I think that is enough, besides my run-on’s don’t convey my gratitude. This will just have to do.

Star Boys & Girls: A Closer Look at Aragonite Star Clusters

When I first saw this stone, I loved it. The one thing I noticed upon picking it up was, of course, its striking beauty and clusters, but its weight. It is a small, but solid stone and extremely multifaceted (literally). It is not a light stone and I like that.

It is said that this stones vibration spreads through the body immediately — clearing, cleansing and balancing all of the energy centers and levels of the aura. I like that kind of speed, ha! Not that it is a bad thing, but some stones, like Onyx have certain physical & metaphysical properties that take months to begin to see or feel. So, if Aragonite can be felt immediately (clap, clap 👏) I’ll take it!

Aragonite Star Clusters (ASC) can open the inner eye to visionary experiences of past lives and forgotten events in this lifetime. Although this can feel overwhelming and cause one to vividly re-experience old wounds, when such attachments have been cleared from the body and the auric field, ASC’s can facilitate a real adventure of exploration, allowing you to browse through the archives of your soul’s history, recovering beneficial information for your soul’s advancement. Now, that’s pretty d@mn awesome…

I am totally intrigued and amped about this crystal, in general, BUT ALSO by how ASC resonates, or pairs, with other crystals. Below, I briefly explain what stones pair well with ASC’s and the effect the pairing would yield (typing this does not convey my excitement WHATSOEVER!! 😩☺️).

OK! One thing to note, is that Aragonite Star Clusters resonate well with ALL members of the calcite family, as well as Selenite.

Pairing Aragonite Star Clusters with Selenite will facilitate the process of interdimensional travel which is an amazing tool when communicating beyond this realm of reality. Pisces Sun me, loves this :). Working with these stones feels soothing & calming, yet energizing. It gives an excited sense of peace, or provides an exciting feeling about attaining peace, rather. Either way, it feels good.

When Aragonite Star Clusters are coupled with Celestite your ability to open the inner gateways to the angelic realm is amplified. I’m not sure if you are familiar with the Light Rays (i.e. Blue Ray, Yellow Ray, Pink Ray, etc.) and the angels associated with each color ray and zodiac sign, but if you are or are not, this stone pair would be essential in communing with these angels during meditation! (There are really good books on angels and the rays. I hope to review a few and share soon with you.)

If you begin working with Aragonite and you notice that you are beginning to feel ungrounded or out of balance, reach for Hematite, as it can be a useful aid when doing inner travel work with Aragonite Stars. It will re-ground and help to re-establish your center for restoration of balance.

A few things you can do with Aragonite Star Clusters include, but are not limited to the following:

  • facilitate clearing and activating the auric field, chakras, and meridians

  • assistance when exploring the Higher realms

  • encouragement to express energy via words, the arts and other communication channels

  • emotional growth

  • self-healing work

  • release attachment to emotional drama or past wounds

  • stimulates the body’s energy system (which will increase vitality and stamina)

Clean, Clean.

When I was little, my mom would tell me to clean my room and if I took too long or was doing it poorly, she would come back in and ask, ever so calmly, “can you do it, or do you need me to help you?” Well, it didn’t take long to learn that the latter was definitely not the option to consider. “Help” did not mean I will assist you, and we can clean your room together, no… “Help” meant that she would tear thru my room like a tornado and inform me that, if the room wasn’t clean when she returned, she would “help” again. I realized, at an early age, that it’s much easier to just do what you need to do when you know it needs to be done, and to get it done right.

Needless to say, my beautiful mother taught me a lot of lessons in, what I would consider, a short amount of time, but the lesson of “help” has always stuck with me.

Recently, I feel that I have been given a little help from Creator, like a little nudge from the Universe, for new direction. I’ve been needing to “clean my room” and really have just been straightening and rearranging. Instead of my mom coming thru in natural disaster form, I am doing it myself, before “help” should arrive (hehe).

That said, I’ve recently cleaned out my closets and will be listing shoes, handbags, and accessories for resale.
